Greenwich Concours d’Elegance
Started in 1996 by Bruce and Genia Wennerstrom and now run by their children, the Greenwich Concours d’Elegance is recognized as one of the top concours in the country. It is the largest concours in the Northeast. The event is 2 days, with American marques on Saturday and foreign marques on Sunday. A display of new automobiles surrounds the show field, while luxury yachts dock at the Delamar Hotel, site of the Saturday night party. In addition, there is a major auction by Bonhams of significant automobiles and automobilia onsite. Americares, the renowned international humanitarian aid organization, is the charitable beneficiary.
