Grand Classic - Dearborn, Michigan
The Michigan Region's 48th Grand Classic, July 6th, 7th, and
8th, at the historic Dearborn Inn in Dearborn, Michigan. Come join us for a
weekend of Classic Cars with Classic Car friends.
The Dearborn Inn was built by Henry Ford as a convenience to passengers and
crews of planes arriving at Ford Flying Field located across Oakwood Blvd from
the airport and officially opened in1931. -The airport is long-gone but this
historic Inn goes on and is now operated by the Marriott Hotels. The Grand
Classic judging will be on the front lawn, a unbelievable beautiful setting that
should please you and your family, but in order to make this a great event, we
need you and your Classic Car participating. Please read the program and make
your plans to be in Dearborn, Michigan for a great Classic Car event. Call (313)

July 7 - a bus trip to Lansing Michigan to visit the R. E .Olds Museum, the Michigan's grand 1879 Renaissance Revival-Inspired Capital building and Museum with lunch, of course. In the evening we have been invited to the Barthel estate to dine, in the park like setting, with Michigan treats.
Saturday: July 8 - The Grand Classic will be held at the Dearborn Inn on the front lawn. We need you and your Classic(s) to
Saturday evening Awards Banquet and Cocktail Party are at the "Dearborn Inn. "
Sunday:
July 9' have a safe trip home or visit Greenfield Village across the street.Again, the dates are July
